TN Paramedical Counselling 2023 – Online Application Process

PROCEDURE FOR FILLING AND SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION:- 

(a) The candidate should log on in any one of the following official websites : www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in /www.tnmedicalselection.org

  1. The fees for online application process is Rs. 500/- and should be paid via bank portal.
  2. Candidates should fill all the mandatory fields in online application form and upload the required certificates.
  3. Request for change in any particulars in the online application shall not be entertained under any circumstances after online submission.
  4. Candidates are advised to submit only one online application form. If a candidate submits more than one online application form, only one will be accepted.
  5. Candidates should ensure that all information entered in the online application are correct during the online submission of application form.

Documents to be Submitted along with Online Application Form

Candidates are instructed to upload the following certificates while filling up the online application in the required places.
  1. Class X Mark Sheet
  2. The Mark sheet(s) of H.S.C. examination/any other Equivalent examination duly endorsed by the competent authority in both sides have to be uploaded.
  3. Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C. or Equivalent courses.
  4. Nativity certificate
  5. Community Certificate
  6. Candidates seeking Admission against Special Category seats should obtain necessary certificates from the appropriate authorities in the prescribed form and upload them. (Please see format in the (Annexure-I & Annexure-II (A) & (B)
  7. Certificate for proof of study from 6TH standard to 12TH standard (candidate who studied in Tamil Nadu)
  8. First graduate Certificate (claiming to be the first graduate in their family if applicable).
  9. Parent Community Certificate Obtained from Revenue authority of Government of Tamil Nadu

NOTE

  1. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe should upload their Community Certificate obtained from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Revenue Divisional Officer. If candidate claims ST status in the online application without uploading their community certificate then they will be treated as open category candidate.
  2. Uploading / Producing a false community, Nativity or any other certificate if detected later at any point of time during the course of study will result in cancellation of their allotment and expulsion of the candidate from the course and also criminal proceedings will be initiated against the candidate as well as the parents as per provision of law.
  3. As number of bogus community certificates are being encountered off late and in order to curb such practices, the authentication of the above certificate has to be verified and confirmed by the concerned authority, before the individual completes 1st year. The concerned candidate and parents should take necessary steps to that effect. Unless proof of authenticity of community certificate is received, the candidate will not be allowed to continue the 2nd year.
  4. Candidates should upload all the necessary certificates in the prescribed format in online application.
  5. Community Certificates obtained from other States will not be considered and such candidates will be treated as open category.
Paramedical Counselling 2023 – Merit List

The Selection Committee will publish the merit list in the following website:

1).www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in 2). www.tnmedicalselection.org

The Candidates will be permitted to participate the online counseling as per their merit and they may exercise their option as per their eligibility norms.
