The Directorate of Medical Selection & Research (DME) has released the tentative Online Mop-Up Counselling Schedule for Paramedical Degree Courses Re-allotment / Allotment for Government Seats in Government Colleges & Allotment for Government Quota Seats in Self-financing colleges 2024-2025 session.

Mop-Up Round Counselling

Mop-Up Round Counselling is a part of the admission process conducted for filling vacant seats in courses like MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, or other professional programs after the main rounds of counselling are completed. It serves as a final opportunity for eligible candidates to secure admission.

Purpose

To fill the seats that remain vacant after the first and second rounds of counselling and the upgradation process.

Eligibility

• Candidates who have not secured a seat in previous rounds of counselling.
• Those who did not participate in earlier rounds of counselling but meet the eligibility criteria.
• Candidates who have already been allotted a seat but want to upgrade (depending on specific counselling rules).

Mop-Up Round Counselling Schedule

1. Registration/ Payment, started from November 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM. and ends on November 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM  [RANK  GR- 001 to GR-67038 , MARK 200 to 71.5]
2. The Choice filling & Locking  started from 19-11-2024 @ 10:00 A.M. and ends on 20-11-2024 @ 05.00 P.M.
3. The deadline for registration and choice locking is September 25, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
4. The results of Round 3  Online Mop-Up Counselling released on 21-11-2024.
5. Download of Provisional Allotment Order for Round 3 Mop-Up Counselling will be from 21-11-2024

The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution On or Before 27-11-2024 upto 05.00 p.m.,

Important Instructions for Round 3 Mop-Up Online Counselling

1. The candidates who have been allotted and joined in Govt. Medical Colleges in Round 1 & 2 can participate in this online counselling.
2. The candidates who have participated in Round 1 and 2 but have not been allotted/not joined in Govt. Medical Colleges/Institutions and not participated in previous rounds of online counselling can participate in this online counselling.
3. The candidates registered but not allotted in Government seats in Self Financing College can participate in this online Counselling.
4. Any candidate who has opted for upgradation from Round -1 and Round -2 allotted seat in this Round will necessarily have to vacate the seat and cannot claim for retaining the seats.
5. The candidates who have already registered for first and second phase of online counselling and paid Rs.250/- as Registration fee need not pay again.
6. Candidates those who are new registration for online counselling, will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs.250/- through online as a processing fee, via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
7. Candidates should be carefull while choice filling.
8. Vacancies for the Courses will be available on the official websites.
9. Admission to Paramedical Degree courses shall be made by the ONLINE COUNSELLING on the basis of rank by applying the rule of reservation.
10. Once the candidate locks his/her choice during the online counselling, it cannot be changed later. Request for change of Branch / College, from one to another is not permitted after an option has been exercised.
11. The Candidate selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned College that he / she is liable for forfeiture of selection / admission if suppression of facts, misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
12. The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on or before the stipulated date and time.

REPORTING: The candidates should produce their Original Certificates in person at the time of joining in their selected Colleges along with the scanned copy of original certificates to the concerned Colleges.

If you do not report to the Head of the Institution to which you are allotted on or before the time and date specified, your selection and / or admission will be cancelled without any further notice.
